Rock Oysters

Albany’s flora heavily influences the organic food sources of our rock oysters, giving layers of complexity that are completely unique to southern Western Australia.

Our Rock Oyster season has now ended and our team are busy preparing for next season.

The first harvest for next season is expected in December 2023 – check back closer to the time for updates.

Rock oysters from clean WA currents

Our luscious Rock Oysters are currently growing and getting ready for next season across our farms in Albany and Carnarvon, harnessing the pristine waters off the Western Australian coastline. We are the only business growing Rock Oysters in Western Australia, offering a completely unique tasting Rock Oyster to the market.

Our Rock Oysters are packed into hessian bags, which can be washed and re-used for storage or even in gardens to reduce weeds or cover compost piles.
